About Mark

I had worked in Finance and Marketing before discovering Real Estate. I found myself investing in the Real Estate market and decided it was time for a career shift 30 years ago. I wanted to work for myself, and Real Estate was where I knew I would go. Having worked in both Finance and Marketing I possess a unique view of the industry. I have done over 800 Real Estate transactions in my career. I specialize in bank owned, REO, Foreclosed property, Investor sales, estate property and commercial deals. I also earned my Brokers license, GRI, ABR and CDPE certifications while gaining a license in appraisal and attended several classes on foreclosure law with the law firm of Trott and Trott. My goal for my clients is to always get them the best bang for their buck. I believe in the philosophy If someone tells you the deal can't be done, change the terms and make it work.
