I am skilled in negotiations and very detail orientated.
I advise and advocate during the home buying process, and I will take the time to uncover the buyers needs and wants. Educating the buyers on current market conditions is another way to help my buyers and/or sellers in making their decision.
Upon finding out what my buyers/sellers are looking for, I research homes and sort through active listings while keeping my clients folder in front of me so that I can cross-reference their needs with the properties that I am finding.
I will handle all the ups and downs of the negotiation process, and always provide oversight.
I will work with you from the first day we meet, to the first property we see to the closing table, always keeping my buyers informed and protected.
